We kickstart our working relationship with a free consultation in person or via video/phone call. This is followed by a site survey of the space in question via video or blue print and in person. The purpose of the consult & site survey is for us to understand your design aesthetic and receive a brief in terms of your vision and design requirements for your new home. We would like to know:

• The colors you like 

• Which is the space you use the most 

• Are there heirlooms that you would like to keep

• Is there a visual of an interior that you love that can inspire us

• Do you Ike print or monotones

• Do you like contemporary or classic

• Do you prefers metal, glass or wood

• Or anything that fancies you or catches your eye that help guide us

(At this stage we will provide you with an approximate budget for the completed project)

Following the consult and site survey, if you would like us to proceed with a formal presentation and mood boards we would require a fee of 1,00,000 (non refundable). The mood board will display two design options for your convenience. If 80-90% approved, a few changes are required, we would be very happy to do that, we will work with you to ensure that each element matches your personal aesthetic. 

Once you have signed off on the final mood board, we will work with you to structure and set the final budget and timeline.

This is the step where your only job is to sit back, relax and watch the magic happen. Your approved orders will be placed and supervised by us from inception to installation.
